Together with all of its subsidiaries and affiliates, (“FIBER FAST”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s websites (“Websites”) and individuals who register to use our services. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the privacy practices of FIBER FAST, its subsidiary, FIF Airebeam, and its products and services affiliated with DreamFiber Homes as well as individuals’ choices regarding use, access, and correction of personal information.

How We Collect Your Personal Information
We collect certain information when you use our products, services, and websites, as well as when you communicate with us. We may collect your information through intake and contact forms when you subscribe for our services, the Airebeam web portal, customer service inquiries or other communications initiated by you, and geolocation information when you use our website through a device that collects such information. This information may include information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”).
Why We Collect Your Personal Information
We gather your Personal Information so we can: (i) evaluate the client’s application for the FIBER FAST Services; (ii) process the client’s transactions; (iii) manage all billing processes; (iv) enable fraud protection and risk management processes; (v) provide client account servicing; (vi) offer you other products and services tailored to your TV watching trends; (vi) research and analyze trends and usage; and (vii) support FIBER FAST’s legal compliance obligations.
What Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect Personal Information you provide to us through registration forms or web portals, such as, for example, your name and contact information, home address, driver’s license number, and other identifying information we receive from clients on the application form. We also collect self-reported payment and credit information from customers. This list is exemplary, not exhaustive. We also may maintain research records containing information obtained through voluntary subscriber interviews or surveys or in any correspondence between you and us (by email or otherwise).
Information Automatically Collected When You Use Our Websites. Like many other websites, we collect certain information when you visit our Websites, including information about your operating system and browser, IP address, location and device identification numbers, and web addresses of the websites you come from and go to next. This information about your activity on our Website is collected via computer code sent to your computer (commonly referred to as “cookies”) and does not identify you. Aggregate Information. Aggregate Information is information that does not identify you in any way. Aggregate Information may be collected when you visit our website, independent of any information you voluntarily enter. Additionally, we may use one or more processes to de-identify information that contains Personal Information, such that only Aggregate Information remains. We may collect, use, store, and transfer Aggregate Information without restriction.

Who We Share Your Personal Information With
FIBER FAST does not sell your Personal Information. FIBER FAST may also disclose your Personal Information to our service providers (including, but not limited to hosting providers and marketing vendors), and other third parties in the normal course of business, including but not limited to: (i) payment networks, and the members of such networks; (ii) electronic funds transfer networks; (iii) clearing and settlement banks; (iii) courts, independent auditors, law enforcement agencies and other governmental authorities, bodies or agencies in response to subpoenas, to prevent fraud, during the course of an audit or examination or as required by law.
How Long We Retain Your Personal Information
We keep non-sensitive personal information about you, including your name, address, phone number, and email indefinitely. If you would like this information deleted please email us using the information in the Contact Us section of this Policy.
We also store Personal Information provided by a customer through her or his Airebeam portal for as long as that customer’s account is active or until the customer takes action to deactivate or otherwise close the account. Users can see, delete, or edit the information they have provided in their user portal at any time.
Access to Your Personal Information and Choices
Individuals may edit, otherwise update, or delete their personal information through the Airebeam web portal. If you have questions about Personal Information we have about you, you can contact us at support@dreamfiberhomes.com. You can cancel your account by contacting us at support@dreamfiberhomes.com. We may retain a copy of your information, including Personal Information, for a period of time reasonably necessary in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Automated Communications
Email Communications. You may at times receive email communications regarding your service with FIBER FAST, or containing marketing information related to our products and services. If you choose, you may unsubscribe from such emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email communication.
Phone Communications. FIBER FAST may at times send you automated text or voice communications generated by an automated telephone dialing system. You have consented to receive informational messages regarding your service, including information related to service outages or restoration, from us by providing your phone number to us through the sign up process, contact forms, or web portal. FIBER FAST will not send marketing communications unless we acquire separate consent from you to send marketing communications related to our products and services. We may also send automated customer service and support texts in response to text support inquiries, which you initiate. You may unsubscribe from automated text or voice communications from FIBER FAST at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving a STOP command, we will promptly unsubscribe you from future automated text or voice messages, unless and until you provide additional consent to be contacted, such as by reinitiating customer support text messages. Standard text messaging rates apply.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of the Personal Information we collect and store. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that these measures will be sufficient to protect against all efforts to gain unauthorized access to that information.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, nor are our Websites or our services targeted toward children under 13. If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13, and you believe he or she has shared information with us, please contact us at support@dreamfiberhomes.com so we can remove their information from our systems.
International Visitors and Users
Our company is located in the United States and our website and services are hosted there. The laws governing the collection and use of information within the United States may be different from the laws of your country. If you decide to use our Website or services, or share your Personal Information with us, you are agreeing to be governed by the laws of the United States and you are expressly consenting to the transfer of your information and Personal Information to the United States.
